Jessica Scott understands the needs of military-affiliated individuals and families in our community, especially when it comes to buying or selling a home.

“As the wife of an Army veteran,” she says, “I know first-hand how PCSing can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be with my support and guidance. I want to help guide military families as they find a new home in the Fort Liberty area and discover all the great things in the surrounding areas.”

As a Realtor® with national award winner Coldwell Banker Advantage – working with other esteemed agents on their TIER One Real Estate Services Team – Jessica is well-positioned. First-time home buyers and new construction are among their specialties, as well as listing homes for sale. The team is based at 5509 Yadkin Road, just minutes from the Fort Liberty gate.

“I enjoy the opportunity to meet and interact with a variety of clients and other professionals and build relationships,” Jessica says.

She particularly enjoys educating clients on various processes to help achieve their home buying or selling goals. Not surprisingly, she has worked in the educational system for some two decades – as a teacher, instructional coach and assistant principal.

When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their three teenage boys.
